Peach Payment Link is an add-on developed by Binary Lab for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, designed to streamline how businesses request and collect payments. It enables users to effortlessly create, cancel, and query payment links directly from sales quotes, orders, or invoices, making it easy to manage payment requests within the familiar Business Central environment.

Once a payment link is created, users have flexible options for sharing it with their customers. The link can be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp through Peach Payments automatically, giving businesses complete control over how payment requests are communicated. Additionally, users can choose to include the related document - such as the sales quote, order, or invoice - with the notification, providing a clear and professional customer experience.

The Peach Payment Link add-on also allows businesses to print the payment link, QR code, or both directly on sales documents my means of adding them to the layout. Customers can then pay quickly and securely using their preferred method, helping businesses get paid faster and reduce administrative follow-up.

To enhance financial control, the solution includes the ability to restrict posting of documents linked to unpaid payment requests, ensuring that uncollected sales aren’t processed prematurely. This feature supports better cash flow management and accounting accuracy. The system is designed with international readiness in mind and supports multi-currency transactions, defaulting to ZAR (South African Rand) for South African businesses while alternative currencies can be activated by Peach Payments on request.
